Make a Cement Skull Planter

Quick setting cement is cheap and surprisingly easy to craft with! You lot can use plastic Halloween decor to make your own molds to utilise with the cement. Supplies Used:

  • Plastic hollow skull
  • Craft knife
  • Duct Tape
  • Circular container or planter
  • Quick set up cement mix
  • FolkArt Painted Finishes: Moss

Step i: Cutting a circle in the superlative of the toy skull, so cut the plastic skull in half, using a abrupt craft knife.
